Small workplaces, not janitorial contracts
The businesses that call are small: a law office, a therapy practice, a real estate front desk, a salon or a retail suite with one or two staff on site most days. None of them want a crew working around clients or patients during business hours.
That's the difference from a home: everything gets cleaned with nobody there to see it happen, and the space needs to look untouched by opening time even though someone was in it hours earlier.

Shared surfaces matter more here than in a private home a keyboard three people use, a conference table between meetings, a waiting-room chair between patients. Those get wiped down every visit, not just when someone remembers.

A first impression lands on visitors before anyone says a word. A dusty reception desk or a streaked glass partition reads as neglect even when the work happening inside the office is excellent.
Scheduled before open, after close, or weekends
01
A walkthrough first
Where salt and freeze cycles have taken the wearing face off but the core underneath still rings solid, the treads and riser faces get prepared back to clean concrete and a new wearing surface bonded over them. It restores the walking surface and the nosing without disturbing the footing or the geometry of the flight.
A quick walkthrough of the space square footage, room count, restroom fixtures sets an accurate scope before the first visit is booked.
02
Timing set around your hours
A single settled bluestone tread or a run of paver units can come up, the old mortar be cleaned off, the bed below repaired and compacted, and the same stone go back down to a level line. You keep the original material, and the joints close back up so water stops getting behind the risers.
Cleaning happens before opening, after close, or on a weekend, whichever leaves your team's workday untouched.
03
Access confirmed
Keys, fobs or an alarm code are arranged in advance, and the same crew handles entry and exit each visit.
04
Shared surfaces first
Desks, shared equipment and high-touch points are cleaned before floors, so nothing gets re-tracked with dust afterward.
Restrooms and trash last
Restrooms are sanitized and restocked, and trash and recycling are collected on the way out.
What we clean, and what we don't

This service covers general office cleanliness: dusting, vacuuming, disinfecting shared surfaces, restrooms and trash. It does not include medical or biohazard waste handling, clinical-grade disinfection protocols, or industrial floor equipment like scrubbers.
That boundary matters for a medical-adjacent setup, such as a chiropractor's office or a therapy practice. General surface cleaning and disinfecting is well within scope; sharps disposal and hospital-grade sterilization are not, and a specialized provider should handle those instead.

Scheduling around your business, not the other way around
Most offices land on one of three windows: early morning before staff arrive, evening after the last person leaves, or a weekend slot that avoids the workweek entirely. Whichever fits, the same window is used every visit so it becomes routine rather than something to plan around.
Frequency follows foot traffic more than square footage. A single-attorney office might do fine on a biweekly schedule; a busy salon with constant walk-ins usually wants weekly service.
Businesses that would rather have the whole arrangement written down than book visit by visit tend to start somewhere else: commercial cleaning sets out scope, schedule and review up front.

Confidential spaces
Law offices, therapy practices and similar settings often have rooms or files that need to stay untouched and undiscussed. The crew works those spaces quietly, uses only the entry points agreed on ahead of time, and doesn't linger near anything marked confidential.

Products used in shared air
An office shares its air across every desk in the room, so the products used matter more than they would in a single-family home. Burrini & Daughters cleans with eco-friendly products by default, which cuts down on the strong chemical smell that can linger in a small suite long after everyone else has gone home for the night.

Keys, access and a consistent crew
Access is handled the way the business wants it handled — a key held securely between visits, a fob issued for the term of service, or an alarm code shared only with the assigned crew. Whichever it is, the same small team returns each time rather than a rotating roster.
That consistency does double duty: the crew learns which surfaces need extra attention, and the business isn't re-explaining its layout and preferences to someone new every few weeks. Sites needing the fuller day-to-day task list, including waste and consumables, are covered by janitorial services for small workplaces.
Can you clean before we open or after we close?

Yes most office clients choose an early-morning or after-hours window specifically so cleaning never overlaps with staff or clients being on site.

Do you supply restroom paper products and soap?

We can. Restocking is available with regular deliveries, or you can supply your own products and we'll restock from what's on hand.
What clients ask before the walkthrough
Will the same crew come every visit?

Yes, wherever scheduling allows a consistent team matters for offices with confidential spaces or a specific layout to learn.
Do you handle medical or biohazard waste?

No that requires specialized licensing we don't carry. General surface cleaning and disinfecting for medical-adjacent offices is within scope; sharps and biohazard disposal is not.

How often should a small office be cleaned?

It depends on foot traffic more than size: weekly for a busy retail or salon space, biweekly or monthly for a quieter professional office. We'll suggest a starting frequency after the walkthrough see pricing plans for how visits at each frequency are structured.
